I just hit up a JoAnn's yesterday and all the leftover Halloween costumes and accessories were 90% off! I don't know if every JoAnns on the planet is doing the same...but I got 3 HUGE sack-fulls of costumes, wigs, High School Musical gear, etc. for dirt cheap!
